College students are already leading today.
On campus, in society, in the digital space, and in entrepreneurial ways across our culture, young adults are shaping our world. Yet, this isn’t often the case in the local church. What would it look like for your church to embrace intergenerational leadership?
Exploring the joyful and messy journey of raising and releasing younger leaders is not an easy pathway but it is worth it. If we want our churches to become places where college students thrive, it makes sense that students would be part of the solution to this underrealised area of church life. It’s time to explore new pathways and possibilities with, not just for, the next generation.
