Our team is small but mighty! We bring over a decade of experience in working with college students and the local church. We are here to work with you for the sake of the campus.

The Fusion USA team members raise their own salaries through individual and local church partner-support. Miriam Swanson
National Director
Miriam moved from the UK to Florida to pioneer the work of Fusion in the USA (and married an American!) She has been in the movement for over fifteen years, equipping students in faith, sharing Jesus, training leaders and churches and speaking internationally.
Brandon Shook
Director of Partners & Development
Brandon Shook lives in Houston, Texas with his family and has decades of youth and young adult ministry experience. “Shook” helps churches and organisations find their place of partnership with us and he loves meeting new people!
Claire Hart
Director of Operations
Claire lives in Lexington, Kentucky with her young family and oversees Fusion’s Operations. She has years of experience discipling Gen Z and is passionate about equipping churches to prep their seniors for college, to thrive in faith, and to do so in relational systems that love people well!
