Why join the coaching community?
Know you’re not alone.
Many leaders in college ministry feel isolated, under-resourced, or unsure where to start. In this community, you’ll find people who get it — pastors and leaders who are passionate about seeing students find hope in Jesus and home in the local church.
Gain clarity and confidence
Each session will equip you with practical tools, shared ideas, and stories from other churches so you don’t have to make it up as you go. Whether you’re launching something new or rekindling momentum, you’ll be resourced for the journey.
Be refreshed and renewed
Ministry can be exhausting. Here, you’ll be encouraged, prayed for, and reminded that you’re part of a bigger story — one where students are being sent out as disciples and leaders.
Who’s it for?
This community is for churches who want to move from simply hoping students will show up to intentionally sending them out as disciples and leaders. Whether you’re a college pastor looking for fresh ideas and renewed vision, a senior leader eager to see how students bring life and longevity to your church, a lay leader doing what you can to engage your local campus, or a college student leader wanting to play your part in the local church’s mission to your friends — this space is for you.
Bring your team!
This cohort of the Coaching Community will not only be individuals from different contexts, but you’re able to bring your teams as well!
Ideally this would be a senior leader, 1-2 college pastors, and 1-2 student leaders, to a maximum of 4 people.
The call to college student mission is for the whole church; don’t come alone, don’t lead alone. We can’t wait to meet you.
Are you a college pastor?
Imagine being part of community of like minded individuals, and then bringing your senior pastor, enthusiastic volunteer, and even a key college student to be part of the conversation with you.
You aren't alone in the work you're doing. Come and be encouraged, share ideas, and grow your support network.
The community includes a 'taste & see' trip to the UK in June '26.
Are you a senior leader?
Imagine your church not only welcoming college students but sending them out as disciples and leaders who shape culture and serve your local body.
Each month you’ll hear stories of transformation from churches like yours — churches discovering that the energy, questions, and faith of college students can breathe life into the whole congregation.
Are you a lay leader?
Maybe you’re not on staff, but you see the potential of the campus down the road. Many great college ministries begin with someone like you — someone who says yes to reaching students in their community.
Meet others who are taking their first steps, learn practical ways to connect with your local campus, and discover how your everyday faith can help students find hope in Jesus and home in the local church.
Are you a college student leader?
Come with your church leaders (or come with their blessing) and join in!
This community will help you discover how to live out your faith on campus — to be salt and light among your friends, classmates, and professors.
You’ll gain tools to share Jesus confidently, equip your local church even as a younger leader, and learn what it looks like to send others out as disciples too.
